A 40% deposit is required to begin production. The remaining balance is due prior to delivery scheduling 

Our furniture features fully welded steel frames with a powder-coated finish and weather-resistant olefin fabric cushions. 

Each piece is built to order. Lead times typically range from 3–6 weeks, depending on order volume, materials, and finishing timelines.

Yes. Delivery is currently limited to the Phoenix metro area and surrounding cities.

Free delivery is included within 25 miles of our Northwest Valley service area (near Loop 303 & Happy Valley Road), with extended delivery available for $2.50 per mile. If you're unsure whether you're within range, we’re happy to confirm when we follow up.

 Yes, local pickup is available by appointment. 

Yes. We offer a selection of powder coat colors, cushion options, and tabletop finishes. Additional customizations may be available upon request. 

We provide a lifetime warranty on structural welds. This covers defects in workmanship under normal use. Finishes, cushions, and wear from environmental exposure are not covered.

Our furniture is built with fully welded steel frames and durable materials designed for long-term use. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to avoid the common weaknesses found in mass-produced outdoor furniture and our designs are compatible with standard cushion sizes, making the inevitable replacement later on an easy process that won't cost you a fortune.
