All Desert Sol Patio furniture is made to order based on selected finishes and configurations. A 40% deposit is required to begin production.The remaining balance is due prior to delivery scheduling. Production will not begin until the deposit is received and all order details are confirmed.

Orders may be canceled within 48 hours of placing the deposit for a full refund. After this period, and once materials have been ordered or production has begun, orders cannot be canceled and deposits become non-refundable. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Delivery is available within the Phoenix metro area and surrounding cities. Free delivery is included within a 25-mile radius of our Northwest Valley service area (near Loop 303 & Happy Valley Road). Delivery beyond this range is available at a rate of $2.50 per mile, calculated from this location. Delivery is scheduled after final payment is received. Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible delivery conditions.

Desert Sol Patio provides a lifetime limited warranty on structural welds to the original purchaser. This warranty covers weld failure resulting from defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty does not cover powder coating or finish wear, cushions or fabric, surface rust, scratches, corrosion, or damage caused by misuse, modification, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Furniture is designed for residential outdoor use and should be used as intended. Pieces should be placed on stable, level surfaces to ensure proper performance and safety. While built for outdoor conditions, prolonged exposure to standing water or extreme environments may affect longevity. Cushions should be covered or stored during extended moisture exposure to maintain their appearance over time.

Desert Sol Patio is not liable for injuries or damages resulting from misuse, improper placement, modifications, or environmental conditions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.
